Central Sector Scholarship Scheme (CSS)

A Government of India scheme for meritorious students from economically weaker sections to pursue higher studies

Eligibility:

• 80% or above in Class 12.
• Family income below ₹8 lakh/year.

Benefits:

• ₹12,000 per annum for UG (first 3 years).
• ₹20,000 per annum for PG or final year of professional courses.

How to Apply:

• Register and apply on National Scholarship Portal.
• Upload income certificate, marksheet, Aadhaar, and bank details.
